Where We Build

We focus our work in communities across Bristol County Rhode Island, Bristol County Massachusetts, and Southeastern Massachusetts— where there is still land to build on and demand for quality craftsmanship.

Most of our projects are concentrated in Rehoboth, Seekonk, and Berkley — towns that have become our core market and where we've built strong relationships with local land owners, engineers, and permit offices. From there, we serve a broader corridor stretching from Western Rhode Island through the Southeastern Massachusetts interior, targeting areas with available lots, motivated landowners, and relatively few established custom builders. Bristol County, Massachusetts

Our home territory. Most of Beacon Built's completed projects have been in Rehoboth, Seekonk, and Berkley, and our pipeline here remains strong. These towns offer generous lot sizes, favorable permitting, and strong demand for well-built custom homes.

Norfolk County, Massachusetts

The northern edge of our service corridor. Attleboro, Plainville, and Wrentham sit at the RI/MA border and draw buyers priced out of Providence and the greater Boston market who are looking for more space and the ability to build new.

Plymouth County, Massachusetts

An emerging focus for Beacon Built. Lakeville, Freetown, and Middleborough offer large parcels at accessible price points, while Mattapoisett, Westport, and Marion represent a quieter coastal niche — established towns without the market saturation of Cape Cod or the South Shore.

East Bay, Rhode Island

Where our client base began. Bristol County RI — including Barrington, Warren, and Bristol — represents some of our earliest relationships and referral sources. The proximity to Providence and Narragansett Bay makes this corridor a consistent source of qualified buyers seeking new construction.

Western Rhode Island

Underserved and underbuilt. Communities like Scituate, Foster, Glocester, and Burrillville have significant available land but relatively few custom builders with design-build capability operating in the area.
